Family Tourism in Texas
A harvest of near all of Texas agriculture will be showcased along with roses and other floral in this one of a kind natural park. It will open to the public from May-September each year.
The front door of the park will be Lindale Village - retail and apartments serving as the entrance to the tourism attraction. The inspiration for this park is the famous Dole Pineapplle Plantation in Hawaii and Hershey Park in Pennsylvania.

Located in west Georgia, the rAACSB accredited egional university has a population of 12,000 studens on sprawling campus.
The campus-adjacent retail building caters to the needs of both the students and the Carrollton residents, which included 6 retail and 1 medical tenant with parking for 35 cars.
The renovated building opened in late 2014 and sold 2.5 years later to an investor.
Coastal Lifestyle
Pre-leasing and marketing of the island's only retail center is Jekyll Island Village.
The design of the village captures the relaxed coastal vibe that serves 1 million seasonal visitors and the 2,000 residents on the island.

We were involved in the leasing and management of this #1 visited tourist destination in Georgia which included retail, restaurants, and the iconic World of Coca Cola adjacent to Underground Atlanta Festival. The parks were visited by 1 million customers per year most notably in the Summer months.
The UPS Store, Franchise Expansion
One of the top franchises in retail America and a local shopping centers is the 4,000 unit (and growing) UPS franchise which began as Mail Boxes Etc in an earlier incarnation. UPS Stores are the leading non-food franchise and have a strong relationship with the local consumer in every market int he United States.
Entertainment
Located in Atlanta was the first national Magic Johnson theatre in conjunction with SONY Entertainment
which was created to revitalize both Greenbriar Mall and propel economic development and new jobs in
south Atlanta.
